ABOUT THE SUMMIT

A regional commitment to inclusive AI.

The 2-day hybrid ASEAN AI Summit on MSME Growth convenes under the Philippines' 2026 ASEAN Chairmanship to drive collective action on inclusive and responsible AI adoption by MSMEs across the region.

The Summit will formally launch two foundational instruments: the ASEAN MSME AI Readiness Framework, a region-wide diagnostic and capacity-building tool, and the ASEAN MSME AI Tech Stack, a curated suite of affordable, MSME-ready AI tools assembled through partnerships with leading technology providers.

Broadcast live from the PICC Complex in Manila, the Summit blends onsite programming with full virtual participation, ensuring every MSME, minister, and stakeholder across ASEAN can join without barriers.

Summit Objectives

  • 1 Secure ASEAN Leaders' commitment to AI-enabled MSME growth via endorsement of the Leaders' Declaration for the 48th ASEAN Summit.
  • 2 Promote a shared regional vision for MSME AI readiness and inclusion across all member states.
  • 3 Promote strategic partnerships and public-private ecosystem development for affordable AI solutions.
  • 4 Underscore tangible productivity and economic outcomes for MSMEs through AI-enabled digital transformation.
